Rec League; Henry County Georgia Park District 2022 9th Grade Winter Season Highlights
Game 1; KAM #14 Green began the 9th Grade Season the way he finished his 8th Grade Season. He's still a Defensive threat. One rebound, several contested shots, and ended with 6 of the team's 20 points.
Game 2, 1st QTR; KAM #23 Red continued racking up contested and blocked shots throughout the entire game. One here in the 1st QTR.
Game 2, 2nd QTR; 2 more blocked and contested shots.
Game 2, 3rd QTR; KAM went on the offensive and fired up 2 from the corner.
Game 2, 4th QTR; KAM attacked the lane for another 2 points, ending Game 2 with 4 of the team's 17 points; but it wasn't enough to overcome the 11 point deficit in the 17-28 loss.
Game 3, 3rd QTR; KAM, #13 Blue took command and added 5 points, 3 rebounds, 2 steals and 1 assist bringing his Game 3 totals to 10 of the team's 26 points; 5 rebounds; 2 steals; 1 assist and created 2 turnovers.
Game 3, 1st QTR; Defense and the Full Court Press were the keys to winning this game. KAM, #13 Blue, picked up 1 of his 5 rebounds in the 1st QTR.
Game 3, 2nd QTR; KAM created 1 of his 2 turnovers and added another 2 of his 10 point Game totals.
Game 3, 4th QTR; KAM created the 2nd of his 2 turnovers and picked up 1 rebound and a "3-pointer" in the 4th QTR.
Game 4, 1st QTR; KAM, #13 Blue, picked up 4 of his 6 game points, created 2 turnovers; but only 1 of the turnovers was converted into points.
Game 4, 4th QTR; KAM managed to create another 2 turnovers in the 4th QTR; but the team couldn't convert the assists into points.
Game 4 went into overtime; KAM picked up 2 more points and created 2 more turnovers bringing his Game 4 totals to 6 points, created 6 turnovers and 1 assist. Game 4 would have been a win if the team converted more assist opportunities.
Game 5, 1st QTR; KAM, #13 Orange, picked up his 1st Free-Throw for 1 point and created 3 turnovers.
Game 5, 2nd QTR; KAM picked up his 1st of 2 assists and created his 4th of 4 turnovers.
Game 5, 3rd QTR; KAM picks up his 1st of 2 "3-pointers".
Game 5, 4th QTR; KAM picks up his 2nd of 2 "3-pointers" and scores a jump shot.
To end Game 5, KAM picked up his 2nd of 2 assists; ending Game 5 with 9 of the team's 35 point win, 4 turnovers and 2 assists, helping the team to a 35-28 win.
Game 6 was lost to a stronger and faster moving team. KAM #13 Blue, picked up his 1st assist and created his 1st of 2 turnovers.
KAM #13 Blue, got a rebound and fired up a 3-pointer in the 4th QTR, but it wasn't enough to turn the tide of the game; losing 36-67.
KAM #13 Orange, had a great game from tip-off to his final 3-pointer to finish the game; wining 37-29. KAM picked up 4 of his 13 points here in the 1st QTR.

AAU Tournaments; Fall 2022/Spring 2023 9th grade Highlights
KAM #13 Orange, fired up a 3-pointer here in the 4th QTR.; ending the game with 13 of the team's 37 point win.
KAM's 1st appearance in a 3 game AAU tournament titled "King of the Court" in Atlanta, Georgia February 18th and 19th ended on a high note. KAM #13 Orange, got another 2 points; ending the series with 22 points in total, helping the team bring home the Gold.

KAM #13 Blue, picked up 4 more points in the 2nd half of the 2-25-2023 Game. Just wasn't enough. Team lost 38-34.
KAM #10 Yellow, picks up 2 points in the 1st QTR.
KAM (#10 Yellow) says Rebounding and Blocked shots in the 2nd QTR wasn't enough.

7/8/2023 Game Results
KAM picks up 2 of his 3 interceptions; 2 of his 3 assists and 3 of his 7 points to help his team win 40-36 in the 7/8/2023 Game.
KAM (#10 Yellow) finished the regular 2022-2023 14U Travel season strong Saturday 7/29/2023. While keeping the red team to less than 10 points with his lockdown defense, KAM scored 10 points himself,1 assists and 9 interceptions/ball stops/rebounds that contributed to the teams 62-6 victory.
